The Spark Some of the most transformative innovations in STEM have emerged not just from classrooms, but from workshops, laboratories and garages where curiosity meets experimentation. Engineers learn by building prototypes, programmers sharpen their skills by creating projects, and innovators develop intuition through trial and error.

Yet for decades, STEM education in India has remained heavily weighted toward theoretical instruction. While students often develop a strong conceptual understanding of science and engineering, opportunities to apply those concepts through hands-on experimentation have historically been limited.

Robocraze traces its origins to this very challenge. As students, Pranay Agarwal, Kritarth Mohan, Saakshi Bagrodia Agarwal, and Daniel D'Souza found themselves immersed in a curriculum that emphasized theoretical concepts but offered relatively few opportunities to translate those concepts into working projects.
